Are there really no transaction fees?↓
Kleap takes no cut of your sales. Payments go through your own Stripe account, so only Stripe's standard processing fees apply. You pay Kleap for your plan: you can start free on a kleap.io address, and a custom domain needs a paid plan.
Can I migrate from Shopify or WooCommerce?↓
There is no one-click migration. You can export your product list from Shopify or WooCommerce and paste it into the chat so Kleap builds the catalogue from it. Customers, orders and store settings have to be recreated and checked by hand.
What payment methods are supported?↓
Payments run through Stripe, on your own Stripe account. Which methods your customers see (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, local methods) depends on what you enable in Stripe for your country. PayPal and cryptocurrency payments are not built in.
How does inventory management work?↓
Products and stock levels live in your store's own database. Ask Kleap for what you need, such as stock that drops with each order, low-stock flags or variants, and test it before launch. There is no built-in sync with external warehouse or marketplace systems.
Can I customize the checkout process?↓
Yes, by describing the change: extra fields, gift messages, order notes or a different layout. Kleap edits the store and you check it in the preview. Card entry itself runs on Stripe, and you can export the code for deeper changes.
