What changes when you build a SaaS with AI?
A SaaS is an online application, often offered through a subscription. Kleap lets you build its interface and workflows from a description, then revise them in the preview. Keep source access for specific requirements. Access rules, billing and external services still need configuration and testing for your product.

THE PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
The foundations of your future SaaS.
Which features can I plan for my SaaS?
Accounts, login, password reset, team workspaces, administration, dashboards, APIs and emails. Describe your product’s needs to build the relevant features. They are not all active by default in every project.
How do Stripe subscriptions work?
Connect your account, define plans and configure signup flows. Then tie product access to Stripe confirmations and status changes. Test payment, trials, renewals, failures, plan changes and cancellation.
Can I support separate organizations?
Yes. Build organization workspaces with invitations and roles. Data isolation must be enforced in storage and access rules, then tested with multiple accounts. Visually separating screens is not enough.
Do I need a SaaS boilerplate?
You can start from your description with Kleap. A boilerplate provides a code base for your team to adapt. Compare what you want to manage: components, architecture, billing, integrations, maintenance and source access.
How long does a launch take?
It depends on the workflow, integrations and product requirements. Start with a limited version and test it with real users. Generating an interface does not guarantee a complete launch or paying customers within a fixed time.
Can I build an HR tool or analytics dashboard?
Yes. Examples include employee records, leave requests, reviews, metrics, charts, alerts and exports. Payroll and business system connections need appropriate APIs and permissions. Define data access for each role.
Are emails and the billing portal automatic?
Configure the services, triggers and content you need. Plan invitations, welcome messages, password resets and subscription changes. Customer portal and payment recovery options depend on your Stripe configuration.
Can I connect Claude, ChatGPT and other tools?
Prepare AI integrations, APIs and skills useful for your product or your work in Kleap. External accounts, credentials, limits and costs depend on the providers you select.
Can I keep the source and develop the SaaS further?
You can access the source, export it and synchronize it with GitHub. Continue with Kleap or bring in a technical team for complex requirements. Test changes before publishing.
What supports my product after launch?
A custom domain, analytics and Search Console setup for the public site. Guardian flags 404s, SEO issues and background errors. Paid plans include AI and human support. Check current pricing to choose your plan.
What problem will your SaaS solve?
Describe your customer and the first action they will find useful. Develop the product further with their feedback.
