Does it integrate with our ERP or QMS?+

No. Kleap builds a standalone web app on its own database and does not connect to ERP, MES, or existing QMS software. You capture part numbers, batches, and CAPA details in the record directly — it is an independent complaint and NCR log.

Can it pull complaints in from customer emails or portals automatically?+

No, there is no automatic ingestion. Complaints are entered by your quality team or through an intake form you publish; the app then manages classification, status, and CAPA tracking.

Can we trace complaints back to a specific batch or lot?+

Yes. Each record stores the part number and batch/lot, so you can filter and count complaints by batch to support containment, traceability, and recall decisions.

Will it auto-escalate an overdue CAPA?+
