Can I cap the number of seats in a workshop?+
Yes. Set a capacity for each session and Kleap tracks enrollment against it on your dashboard. Once seats fill, you route new sign-ups to a waitlist field and pull people in as cancellations open up.
Can participants pay the workshop fee when they enroll?+
No. Kleap doesn't process payments, so it can't collect a class fee at sign-up. It handles the enrollment, seat cap, and attendance; take payment through a separate tool and mark paid participants in their Kleap record.
Can I track who attended each session?+
Yes. Add an attendance field per session and mark participants present or absent from the dashboard. Across a multi-session course you can see completion rates and follow up with anyone who missed a class.
Can it automatically email participants their prep materials?+
