No. Kleap builds a standalone policy portal on its own database; it doesn't sync with Workday or BambooHR, and it won't auto-send email or SMS notifications. Employees read policies by visiting the portal, and any reminders go out through your existing HR tools. It's a knowledge library, not an HRIS or messaging system.

Can we keep it internal so only employees can read policies?+

Yes. Put the portal behind a login with roles so only staff access it, and use the audience field to show manager-only or region-specific policies to the right people. Sensitive HR content stays private.

Is there a mobile app so staff can check policies from their phone?+
