Are the responses anonymous?+
You control that. Kleap stores each submission as a record, so if you leave out any name or email field the responses are effectively anonymous. Keep each team's sample large enough that individuals cannot be identified from their answers.
Does Kleap send the survey to employees or sync with our HRIS?+
No. Kleap builds the survey and gives you one shareable link; it does not push invites or integrate with tools like Workday, BambooHR, or Slack. You distribute the link internally yourself, and every response lands in your dashboard.
How is eNPS calculated?+
Your dashboard buckets the 0-10 recommend question into promoters (9-10), passives (7-8), and detractors (0-6). eNPS is the promoter percentage minus the detractor percentage.
Can I run the same survey quarterly and compare?+
