Does the app send parents automatic text updates during the day?+
No. Kleap does not send automated SMS or email. Staff record nap, meal, and check-in/out entries, and parents can view them through an optional parent login, but the app does not push notifications to phones.
How do we track allergies and authorized pickups?+
Each child record has dedicated allergy/dietary and authorized-pickup fields, so a caregiver can instantly confirm what a child cannot eat and exactly who is cleared to collect them.
Can we bill families for tuition through it?+
