No. Kleap doesn't process payments, so it can't charge a card or collect the actual donation. It records the pledge amount, donor details, and designation so your team keeps an accurate running total; the money is collected through a separate giving or payment platform.
Can we run a live or silent auction with online bidding?+
Kleap can store auction items and let you log bids into each item's record, but it has no real-time bidding engine and no payment step. Use it to track items, interest, and winning bids by hand; the checkout and payment happen off-platform.
Can guests RSVP and see their table assignment?+
Yes. Guests RSVP through a form, and you assign each one to a table on their record. With logins enabled, a guest can sign in to confirm attendance and view their own seating.
