Can guests RSVP online through the wedding site?+
Yes. You build an RSVP form on your Kleap site where guests enter their name, meal choice, and plus-ones, and every response saves straight into your guest-list database. Your dashboard shows the headcount updating in real time.
Can it text or email guests who haven't replied yet?+
No. Kleap doesn't send SMS or email on its own and doesn't connect to email tools. It shows you exactly who is still outstanding on your dashboard, so you follow up with them yourself by phone, text, or your own inbox.
How do we handle meal choices and dietary restrictions?+
Add meal-choice and dietary fields to your RSVP form and every guest's selection is stored on their record. You can filter the guest list by entrée or allergy and hand the caterer an accurate, up-to-date count.
Can we collect cash gifts or a honeymoon fund through the site?+
