No. Kleap builds the tracker on its own database, so you or your team enter each expense manually and attach the receipt. It does not link to bank or card feeds, so there's no automatic import — the upside is it works with any bank and there are no connection permissions to manage.

Can it scan a receipt photo and read the amount automatically?+

No, there's no OCR. You upload the receipt image or PDF and type in the amount and vendor yourself. The file stays attached to the record as proof for tax time, but the numbers are entered by hand.

Will it sync with QuickBooks or Xero for my accountant?+

No, it doesn't integrate with accounting software. You can hand your accountant a clean, categorized list with receipts attached, but the records live in your Kleap app, not inside QuickBooks or Xero.
