No — the app tracks each unit's monthly rent as a current/past-due status, but it doesn't process payments or run autopay. Renters pay through your existing method and staff mark the unit paid. It's a month-to-month rent ledger, not a billing processor.
Can it manage gate access codes?+
It stores each renter's assigned gate code as a field on the unit record, so staff can look up which code belongs to whom. It doesn't control the physical gate hardware or push codes to your access system — that stays with your gate controller; the app is the record of the assignment.
How do we track units heading to lien or auction?+
