Kleap can host a booking or request form that creates a record and offers logins, but it does not process the rental payment or integrate with a payment processor for it, and it won't send automatic confirmations. You collect requests through the app and handle payment and confirmation yourself.

No — there's no scanning hardware support. Counter staff look up the unit by its ID or the customer's name and update the return status and condition by hand. It's a search-based record, not a scan-based one.
