Does the dashboard calculate NPS for me?+
Yes. Your results dashboard buckets the 0-10 answers into promoters (9-10), passives (7-8), and detractors (0-6) and computes the score as promoter percentage minus detractor percentage.
Can Kleap send NPS surveys automatically on a schedule?+
No. Kleap builds the survey and hosts it at a shareable link; it does not run automated email or SMS send cadences or integrate with tools like Delighted or Intercom. You share the link on your own schedule, and every score is stored and charted.
What counts as a good NPS?+
Any score above 0 means you have more promoters than detractors. 30-50 is generally considered good and 50+ excellent, though benchmarks vary a lot by industry.
Can I follow up with detractors?+
Yes, if you collect an optional email or account ID plus a follow-up-permission toggle. You then reach out manually — Kleap stores the contact alongside the score but does not auto-trigger outreach.
