No. The app does not take card or bank payments and cannot hold a deposit. It records the retainer invoice and its status, so once the client pays you through your own method you mark it paid, which confirms the date is secured in your records.
How do I make sure a client pays the balance before I deliver the gallery?+
Each shoot has a balance-due-date field and a status, so you can see at a glance whether the final payment has landed before you release photos. The app tracks and flags an unpaid balance but does not block delivery or send reminders automatically, so the check stays yours to make.
