Does it track my rental cars with live GPS while they're out?+
No. Kleap does not offer GPS or telematics tracking, so you cannot see a rented car's location or recover it by tracking. What it manages is the record side: each car's status, current renter and due-back date, odometer and fuel logged at handover, and condition photos, so the whole rental lifecycle is documented even though the vehicle isn't tracked live.
Can I log vehicle damage with before-and-after photos?+
Yes. Each vehicle record supports document and photo uploads, so you can attach pre-rental and post-rental condition images to prove new damage against the renter. The comparison is manual, you upload and review the photos, but it gives you a dated record tied to that specific rental.
Does it process bookings, payments, or send confirmation emails to renters?+
