SkateSimple

An operations dashboard built for independent skate shops, not enterprise retailers.

Most POS and inventory tools are built for stores with 50 employees and a finance department. SkateSimple is built for the shop owner who also answers email, fits trucks, and runs the contest at the local park. The dashboard pairs a confident dark palette with a cyan accent that nods to griptape graphics, and the navigation reads like a manifesto — board builder, hardware recycling, events. It's a workspace that knows its audience, down to the star icon replacing the bullet point.
