Online resumes made with Kleap. The ones the Kleap team built as examples are labeled that way. Below the gallery: what a resume website should include that a PDF cannot show.

Your name, target role and location in one line at the top: "Senior data analyst, open to remote roles in the US". Recruiters decide in seconds whether to keep reading, so lead with the job you want next.
List roles in reverse order with dates, then two to four bullets each that start with a verb and end with a number where you have one: "Cut month-end reporting from five days to two".
This is what a PDF cannot do. Link a dashboard, a repository, a design case study or a published article, with one line on your part in it. A real sample says more than any adjective.
Group skills by type (languages, tools, methods) and keep only what you would be comfortable being tested on. Use the wording from the job ads you target, since recruiters search for those exact terms.
Many applications still ask for a file. Offer a one-click PDF that matches the site, and update both at the same time so the dates never disagree.
Degree, school and year, plus certifications with the issuing body. Recent graduates can move this section higher and add relevant coursework or a thesis title.
Ask for name, company, the role they are hiring for and a message. It keeps your email and phone number off the public page and gives you context before the first call.
Paste it into Kleap, then change the names, dates and details to yours.
Build a one-page resume website for Alex Morgan, a senior data analyst based in Denver and open to remote roles. Clean, professional layout with a navy accent color, easy to scan on a phone. Sections in this order: a headline with name, target role and location; a three-sentence summary; experience with four roles in reverse chronological order, each with company, dates and three result-focused bullet points; projects with three work samples, each with a title, a one-line description, my role and a link; skills grouped into tools, languages and methods; education and certifications; a button to download my PDF resume. End with a contact form that stores the recruiter's name, company, the role they are hiring for, email and message.
A resume website is an online version of your resume, usually one to three pages, that you can link from applications, LinkedIn and your email signature. Compared with a PDF it can show real work samples, stay current at a single address and include a contact form, while still offering the PDF for applications that require one.
One scrolling page works for most people: headline, experience, skills, education and contact. Add separate pages only when you have enough to fill them, typically detailed project case studies, writing samples or talks. Recruiters rarely click deep, so the most important information belongs on the first screen.
Anything that makes identity theft or unwanted contact easier: your full home address, date of birth, ID numbers and usually your personal phone number. A city or region and a contact form are enough. In the US, photos, age and marital status are generally left off resumes, and many employers prefer not to see them.
Describe the site in a chat and paste the text of your current resume; Kleap builds the pages. You then refine it in plain language, for example "move projects above education". It can add a contact form that stores recruiter messages. Publishing on a kleap.io address is free, a custom domain requires a paid plan, and generating a site requires an account.
Describe the website or app you imagine. Kleap helps you build it, publish it and keep improving it, with tools to monitor how it works and fix issues.
