Is Kleap an AI agency based in Genève?
Kleap is an AI platform founded in Switzerland, with teams in French-speaking Switzerland. Our servers are hosted in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany, ISO 27001 certified). For enterprise projects in Genève, we work in collaboration with our agency partner Lionscreative and, depending on the needs, with specialized local providers. You benefit from a contact who understands the Geneva market and from a sovereign infrastructure.
What types of businesses in Genève do you work with?
We work with businesses of all sizes: local SMEs, subsidiaries of international groups, non-profit organizations, international organizations, and public institutions. The most common sectors in Genève include banking and wealth management, the pharmaceutical industry, international organizations, watchmaking, legal services, and fiduciaries. The common thread: high-value internal processes that AI can accelerate or automate.
Where is my organization's data hosted?
All data processed by Kleap is hosted exclusively in the European Union, on Hetzner infrastructure (Germany, ISO 27001 certified). No data passes through American clouds. The AI models we use also run in the EU. Your data is not used to train third-party models. This architecture is designed to comply with the revised Swiss FADP and the European GDPR.
What is the timeline for deploying an AI solution?
For a standard project (AI agent, client portal, back-office tool), the deployment timeline is 4 to 6 weeks from functional scoping. More complex projects (ERP integration, strong sector compliance, advanced multilingualism) may require 8 to 12 weeks. We define a realistic schedule together at the first scoping meeting.
What budget should I plan for an AI project with Kleap?
The budget depends on the complexity of the project, the chosen engagement model, and the number of integrations needed. For a first deployment (automation of a business process or a targeted AI agent), projects typically start at a few thousand francs. For a complete client portal or a multi-module business application, budgets are proportional to the value delivered. Contact us for a precise estimate for your use case.
How does Kleap integrate with our existing tools?
Kleap integrates via REST API, webhooks, and native connectors with the most common enterprise tools: CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics), office suites (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), document management tools, ERP, and accounting systems. For specific integrations, our team assesses feasibility during scoping and proposes a suitable architecture.
Do your solutions comply with the Swiss FADP and the GDPR?
Yes. The Kleap architecture is designed to meet the requirements of the revised FADP (in force in Switzerland since September 2023) and the European GDPR. EU hosting, data isolation between clients, no data reuse, and processing traceability are part of the platform's foundations. We always recommend that our clients involve their data protection officer (or legal counsel) in the project scoping.
Do you offer training for our teams?
Yes, training is built into our deployments. We run hands-on workshops for end users, training sessions for internal technical champions, and we deliver complete operational documentation. The goal is for your teams to be autonomous in everyday use and adjustments of the solution.
Will AI replace roles in my organization?
The deployments we carry out aim to eliminate repetitive, low-value tasks, not to cut headcount. In practice, staff freed from these tasks focus on higher-value activities: client relationships, analysis, creativity, management. The transformation is successful when your teams find the tool helps them rather than threatens them.
Can you handle multilingual projects?
Yes. The Geneva ecosystem is intrinsically multilingual: French, English, German, and often other languages depending on the sector (Spanish, Arabic in international organizations). Our solutions are designed to operate in multiple languages simultaneously, whether for user interfaces, conversational AI agents, or document processing.
