Prompts for a restaurant site

Paste one, change the details to yours. Each names what gets stored before it says how anything should look — that is the difference between a working site and a pretty page.

Restaurant site with menu and bookings

Restaurants, cafés, bistros

Build a website for my restaurant. Home shows what kind of food, opening hours, address and a booking button without scrolling. A menu page grouped into starters, mains, desserts and drinks with prices. A gallery. A contact page with a map and a booking form asking for name, phone, date, time and party size. Fast on a phone above everything.

Takeaway ordering

Places where people order ahead rather than sit down

Build a site for my takeaway. A dish has a name, a category, a price, a description and a photo; an order has a customer name, a phone number, a collection time and the dishes chosen. The menu is the home page, grouped by category. People build an order, pick a collection time and submit it. I see incoming orders sorted by the time requested. Show opening hours prominently.

Catering site with enquiries

Caterers and private chefs quoting per event

Build a site for my catering business. Show sample menus grouped by type of event, with photos and what is included. The enquiry form asks for the date, the number of guests, the type of event, a budget range and dietary requirements, and saves each enquiry so I can price it. Add an about page and testimonials.
