AI real estate listings app builder
Your listings, your leads and your follow-ups live in three different places.
A listings web app: every property stored in a database with its own page, enquiries captured against the listing, and a dashboard behind sign-in where you work through each lead.
What it builds
- A listings database: price, rooms, area, status and photos
- A page per property, with browse and filter by area, price or type
- Lead capture forms tied to the specific property
- An agent dashboard behind sign-in to track and update leads
- Your own domain, on a paid plan

Build a real estate listings app for my agency. Store each property in the database with a photo gallery, price, number of rooms, surface area, area, status and a description; each gets its own page, and visitors filter by area and price. Each property page has an enquiry form saved with the property it is about. Agents sign in to a dashboard listing every lead, mark it contacted or closed, and add or edit listings.

Questions people ask
How do I build a real estate listings app?
Describe your listings and how you follow up: the fields each property needs, the filters buyers use, what should happen to an enquiry. Kleap builds a web app with a listings database, a page per property, lead capture forms and an agent dashboard behind sign-in. Refine it by chat, then publish.
How much does it cost to build a real estate app?
You can start on Kleap's free plan: free usage that refills, and free publishing on a kleap.io address. Connecting your own domain needs a paid plan, and the Pro and Business plans add much more usage. Check the pricing page for current plans before you commit.
Does it connect to the MLS or IDX?
Not out of the box. Kleap has no built-in MLS or IDX feed, so you add listings yourself, or a developer connects an API using the exported code. For an agent with a handful of listings, keeping them up to date by chat can be enough.
Where do property enquiries go?
Each enquiry is saved to the app's database with the property it is about, and appears on a dashboard behind sign-in where you mark leads contacted or closed. Every signed-in account can see those leads, so keep public sign-up off and test access with a second account.
